Deezer premium wont play anything at all!

Deezer worked fine yesterday. This morning nothing will play, not even downloaded tracks. Every time i press shuffle play ( play has also disappeard) i get an advert to upgrade to a family subscription. Please help me fix this.

Now I have disinstalled and re-installed Deezer on my phone, and it works again…

But it's not normal.

I agree, but I’m glad that it works now. Sometimes reinstalling an app can help.

I already disenstalled my account.i am not going to do it again. No customer service no one to talk to. I'm able to dump deezer and go somewhere else.
