Deezer complications on android

I have Deezer on my iPhone and also on an android. It plays without a problem on iPhone but I keep getting an annoying message when I try on my android saying cannot load content. I have tried all the steps on the troubleshooting section and it still won’t - it’s actually worse because I could play the odd album, now I can’t play any 😔

Do you store your music on Android internally or on SD card?

    When I put the app on my android, it comes up with all the music I have on iPhone. I have downloaded some of it to my android to play offline in the car - I am not sure if that means it goes to the SD or phone memory. I still get the message pop up when I try and use it online too?
