Deezer app keeps sending me to the subscription page

Hi all

Since last Sunday the Deezer app when launched keeps sending too the choose subscription page & I'm confused. I have a premium subscription which I pay through PayPal. I have tried deleting Deezer & reinstalled but without success. Can anyone help.
