I use Deezer on 3 platforms: Desktop (Linux), Android Phone and Chomecast w/ Google TV

The client is very unstable (on the brink to be unusable) on Chromecast w/ Google TV. Examples:

  • Starting Flow (My music → Flow) simply makes client crash (you end up on Chromecast home page)
  • Starting Home → Flow behaves weirdly, it ends up in partially updated screen, like is waiting for back-end.

The Chromecast with Google TV (4K) is up to date, and Deezer client is up to date as well.

Could you please let me know if your Chromecast is built-in or external?

It is Google Chromecast with TV (the 4K version), manufactured by Google. So external.
