I have read all the appropriate posts prior and followed the instructions and it's still crashing. Any new solutions before I swap to Spotify?
I’ve been a Android Deezer user for some time now. Using it on an Oppo phone and a Lenovo tablet, both without problems.
You wrote that you did try everything you could find here on the Community.
Could you tell us, what you did try?
I clicked enable and disable the things in the posts that had same problem as me. I got so annoyed tho I just canceled my subscription and went to Spotify. Ever 1 or 2 songs it would crash it was ridiculous.
I’m sorry to see you go.
I’m always curious why someone using Deezer on Android doesn’t have any issues and someone like you has issues.
Probably the same as the other people who started threads. I uninstalled reinstalled the app clear caches I have no idea why but Spotify let me download everything and runs just fine so go figure
Hi
This behavior is often caused by various factors:
-One common reason is insufficient memory or system resources, leading the app to crash abruptly.
-Software bugs or coding errors within the app's programming may also result in instability, causing it to close unexpectedly.
-Using an outdated version of the app may lead to compatibility issues with the device's operating system or other software components.
-Additionally, conflicts with other running apps or background processes can trigger app crashes.
-Overheating of the device due to heavy usage may also contribute to this problem.
To resolve the issue, consider updating the app, restarting the device, or checking for software updates to address any compatibility or bug-related issues.
