Android auto - Deezer problem. No last song at the begining.

the problem started about 3 weeks ago and still hasnt been fixed.

in the past when I got into my car and my phone connected the touch screen of my car, android auto started automatically via wi-fi, left half of the screen showed “google map” right half used to show the last song I listened.

now right half shows a black screen. passive “play and forward buttons” and writes 

Deezer,

Touch to open.

blue box must show the poster of the album. instead of “deezer, touch to open” I must see the name of the last song. buttons must be active in yellow box.

 

when I touch, it goes to main page of deezer which looks like as if it is on my mobile phone. maybe the new gui makes that problem.

check the main page of youtube music at Android auto on screen. in the past yt music and deezer main pages were similar.

when I have the blank-black screen, I open deezer from my mobile phone and last song info comes to the screen immdiately. so I can understand that either deezer doesnt give that info to AA or AA isnt able to run deezer at the start up.

by the way I have tried lots of things.

delete and reinstall deezer. log in again. restart my mobile phone. delete my phone on touch screen and reconnect. turn the car screen to factory default etc.. it rarely work properly. but no problem at youtube music

my car is: 2023 ford focus active with 12.3 screen software sync4

    For now it's in Beta version.

    The fix is in v8.0.30.4

    Yes so it's "normal" since the fix is in 8.0.30.4 (only available for beta users for now)

      doe it all happen because of deezer or AA? it must be AA because youtube music is giving the same issue.

      but I dont know if AA has changed some software source and music apps must make their app compitable to AA.

        Last song issue is fixed using the beta for me! Just need to check playlist updating as well when I can.

          yesterday I performed 2 settings on phone.

          settings-system-reset options (there 3 options)

          a. reset wifi, mobile & bluetooth

          b. reset app preferences

          c. erase all data(factory reset)

           

          I performed a and b..

          yesterday deezer ran fine. only once it didnt come to the screen..

          today it started working fine but same issue happened again although last song info was on screen of the phone. I got of the car for a short time n got in. song info was on telephone screen. it is weird because when deezer is open at background it always gets the last song info and I could see deezer on screen of the car at the beginning.

          and this time it didnt write “deezer, touch to open” . completely black screen..

          so for me, duruing the day it has run fine 2-3 times I got in n of the car.. but the issue happened at least once a day.

          also AA team wanted me debug report of AA, I sent it.

          last update has fixed my issue. thank you Deezer team.

           

          on the same day  AA has got a small update too.

          I had sent them a debug report before.

            Yes, also here, Deezer works like before. When starting the car Deezer continues to play where it ended 😀

              I still have this issue. I’m using Samsung S24+ with wireless AA. I tried spotify for a month and not a single time did this occurred.

              my aa version is xxxxx0634, yours is xxxxx0624..

              not sure if its the problem but as I mentioned above it is completely solved for me..

              what can you do is; to reset the screen of your ford car..

              then reinstall deezer..

              hope it will be ok..

              rarely that may happen when you get off and get into your car in a few minutes time period..  lost connection and connecting again in a short time may freeze the screen..
