All playlist actions done under the app don't register

Hi,

 

Tried adding new albums to my favourite on the app. At first they appear on the “app” playlist, but instantly disappear when refreshing.

 

Likewise, I am trying to remove a playlist from my “liked playlist”. I keep removing it, it pops back when I am refreshing the page.

 

The only actions that last are when I use the browser version of Deezer.

 

I think this is a bug, right?

Hi @briac, It sounds like you're experiencing a bug with the Deezer app.

The issues you're describing, with albums disappearing from your favorites and playlists reappearing after you've removed them, shouldn't be happening.

Since these actions seem to work fine on the browser version, the problem might be specific to the app. I recommend trying a few things to resolve this:

  1. Update the app: Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Deezer app. An update might fix the issue.
  2. Clear the cache: Go to your device settings, find the Deezer app, and clear the cache. This can sometimes resolve bugs.
  3. Reinstall the app: If the issue persists, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app.
