Album page refreshes when navigating back to it

Unfortunately, I can’t reproduce the same issue on my side, using same Deezer beta Version.

I followed your steps, but when I press the arrow on top of the screen in the album page, I only go back to same position where I was before.

Even on Deezer 7.0.33 version, I have the same experience.

Nevertheless, there was a user here in community sharing the same experience. He even included a video, but on the video I could see that he was not using the arrow icon to go back

Hi @Noam Asulin, our developers could reproduce the problem when the account has more 500 albums. That’s is why I couldn’t reproduce on my side as my account doesn’t have so many album as favorites.

So we have opened an incident for this issue, but I can’t tell what will be the ETA for the fix as this might be complex to solve.

I will send you an email that will be linked to the incident so as soon as there are news, you will get it on your email.

Fingers cross for a quick fix of this issue, that sound a bit complex as it only is reproducible when user have over a certain number of albums.

When I navigate to the "Albums" section under the "Favorites" tab in the Deezer app, I can scroll down to select a specific album to play. This part works as expected. When I enter the album page and then return to the "Albums" section, the problem arises. Instead of retaining my previous location, the "Albums" section refreshes focus auto detailing automatically and returns to the beginning. 

Hello @Callahanoses @Noam Asulin after an incident opened regarding this behaviour, unfortunately, there hasn’t been updates, and for now there is no planning to change the actual behaviour of the app after you access an album in your favorites. The design right now, is always to refresh the album page when exit an album , meaning that it will always lead to the top of page.

If new updates occur about this topic, I will let you know.

It is so weird, it doesn't make any sense. It happens only when more than 500 albums are in the favorites so I don't really understand how it's a feature and not a bug.

When I go to my playlists and scroll down to select a specific one, everything seems fine. But when I enter that playlist and then return to the main playlists page, it refreshes automatically and sends me back to the beginning. This means I lose my place, and it doesn't save my latest location. This can be really frustrating, especially when you have a long list car loans for college students of playlists, and you have to scroll through them every time. 

I was wondering: Which update of Deezer are you using?
