Can I stream Deezer in my establishment that receives public?

Are you a restaurateur or shop manager wondering: "Can I play Deezer in my establishment?"

Unfortunately, no.

It is prohibited to play music from Deezer in a public establishment.

As stated in Deezer's terms of use (which you accepted when you signed up for Deezer):

"The use of the Site and the Application is only authorised within the family circle, so any use outside of this context, particularly for the purpose of soundtracking public places or shops, is expressly prohibited."

So, what should you do?

Contact Deezer's "Brand Solutions" service via this link: https://www.deezer-brandpartnerships.com/en/contact-us/

In the subject of the message, select: "Professional subscriptions / Soundtracking retail spaces".

Our teams will be able to offer solutions tailored to your needs 🎵.
