Why you take money and premium doesn’t work???? I changed already 3 accounts because of this problem and just lose money and playlist there!!!!!!!!

I checked your Deezer account and it's on a free plan with no music played so far.
It is possible that you have more than one Deezer account.
To clarify your situation, please contact our support team here and provide them an invoice of your most recent payment.
