When I try to login my Deezer app account it says that there is an error. Can you please fix it? My music is my happy place. Thanks in advance!

It seems to be working again for me now. Is yours ok now? If not shut down the app and reopen please. Music is my happy place too.

At this time the issue is mainly on mobile IOS/Android.

User having error message saying “you are not connected to internet”.

User have been unlogged and not able to log-in.

Website is working better but some pages may not respond correctly sometimes. Deezer is still investigating and trying to fix it.
