Why is my July recap so low?

Hello, i've received my July recap on August 1st and it shows that I only streamed for about 10 hours in the whole month. I definitely streamed more than that. Minimum 15 hours per day. I want to know if my account is banned or what.

    I can’t check if your account is banned, but if it was banned, you wouldn’t be able to listen to music.

    My Juli recap seems to be fine with 70 hours.
