why are songs added to my Favorite Playlist without me, and why is it not possible to remove them?

Here, this appears on my private favorite playlist, this is a playlist that only has songs i like. In this case, not only i hate the recommendation, i can also not get it out of my list because the "heart" button is white...

Imho someone has added the song to the playlist. Can you please check „edit playlist“ and send a screenshot?

Perhaps you set the first option on by mistake, so everybody can add songs to the pl. 

I didn't find any edit button, thus is just a general favorite Playlist which is private

If it’s a private playlist nobody else but you can add songs. The only explanation i can imagine is that someone else is using your account on another device. 
But why aren’t you able to remove songs? From a personal playlist of your own you always have the option to add and remove songs. Just play the song, enter options menue and select remove from playlist.
