tracks are downloaded but i cant listen offline

Hello!

 

Some songs on albums aren't downloading and I can't listen to the full album offline. I am out of service a lot so listening offline is important. Weirdest thing... I know these song ARE downloaded somewhere because they are on playlists that ARE downloaded. Any suggestions?

Hey @themoking 

Turning the download switch off and on again might help.
Don't worry, the songs you've already downloaded remain in the cache and don't have to be completely reloaded.

    This was not true for my instance. Same issues persist. Is there another solution? If there is not I will look elsewhere for offline music listening.
