Hi @jimallendallas sorry to hear that your MP3 didn’t not been uploaded yet.

Could you try these steps on Chrome browser:

  • Log in on your Deezer account at www.deezer.com
  • Go to Favourites, My Mp3s and upload one audio file Mp3 (preference with 320 Kbps bit rate quality)
  • Refresh the browser

Let me know if that worked.

In case it doesn’t work, can you share that audio file here.


Again no luck. Not even with one file. I have tried everything technical with every browser and it just doesn’t work. Other users are experiencing problems as well. I can only conclude that Deezer has no fix for this and has no interest in providing one.

7 YEARS later and this still isn’t fixed.

It’s true that anything uploaded after 5PM isn’t processed until the next day. Not sure why this limitation exists, but for a service that costs more than Spotify it feels a little cheap.

Google Play Music (RIP) had the same ability to upload your own MP3s and did it better in every single way. And this was 13 years ago.

It just feels like a kick in the face to have to buy tracks that are available on Spotify because they AREN’T available on Deezer, and then upload them and wait until the next day to enjoy them.

If the problem continues can you send me some screenshots here so I can report it? 

I found something related to the bug. If you upload anytime after 5PM on your local time, the tracks aren’t available until the next day. 

I know this is a deprecated post, but I am currently having this issue with MY OWN music. Music that I have made myself and felt like uploading to Deezer to listen to with other tracks in my playlists. It doesn’t seem to be a time issue, and since this post was created so long ago and the problem still persists, it makes me wonder if the Deezer team even cares about this problem. I have tried everything mentioned in this post from, changing timezones, changing the time, changing the date, uploading before 5PM local time, changing the bitrate, etc. Nothing seemed to work. If anyone has insight on this, let me know. I switched from Spotify over to Deezer because spotify is literal cancer at this point. Makes me think that Deezer is following suit with Spotify. Tidle is just.. Bland and unappealing to me. Might just have to create my own service just use that instead.

I this a feature and not a bug? It seems by this amount of time passing that isn’t a technical difficulty in the app but something on purpose Deezer does. Which...okay, but put that in the instructions you keep posting a link to, please.
