I keep getting a message that someone else is listening and do I want to upgrade to family.......I already have it!!!! Nobody else is listening when this happens so what can I do???

 

When I shuffle my favourite songs I am also getting some music I definitely don't listen to.

Seems that someone else by mistake is using your account or profile that is part of the family account. Make sure everyone who is member of your family account uses his own invited account or profile to log in.

I keep getting the same pop up that stops the music saying someone else is listening on another device. 

There were also hundreds on albums, tracks and playlists added to my favourites that I didn’t add.

I’ve deleted all the favourites that I didn’t add, logged out on the 2 devices I use, deleted the app, re-installed, logged back in and changed passwords.

please advise

Changing password is the important thing. Didn’t this help? 
If not, may be there’s something more hacked than your password.
