says 1500 odd tracks only have over 300

Says I have over 1500 tracks when I have round close to 300. What is my recourse

You should be able to add more than 300 tracks to your favourites. 

What’s the problem when you try to add more? 

Do you receive an error message? 

Can you send a screenshot?
