Random, unrelated queue appears in windows app.

Hi! For the last couple of days if  I open the windows app - the same random queue appears, consisting of absolutly random artists I never ever listen to before. (“Queue Sync” is ON, no problem with sync my own queue on both Android App and Web Player). What is this, some sponsored content? I don’t want to see this in paid app.
