The past few weeks I noticed I cannot play some songs anymore. For example the top song in my favorites All These Memories just gets skipped - if I search it and tap play, random songs I do not know get played instead. This keeps happening with more and more songs.

If this is a region or copyright issue, why not friendly notify users??

Hi @MDMakkink I’ve checked and the reason you can’t listen to the first song in your favourites is due to streaming rights in your country.
Apologies for the inconvenience.

It is not. I explicitly stated I tap on a song after searching for it or is in my playlist(s). Even if shuffle was the case it should just launch the song I asked for. It is specifically skipping or refusing to play certain songs. I thought I made that very clear.

@MDMakkink not sure where your attitude is coming from. I’m not a paid employee, I’m a fellow subscriber just like you who is using their free time to try to help you out by making a suggestion, and remote troubleshooting is always difficult.

Best of luck resolving your issue.

Your comment was in the range of: have you tried turning it off and on again, quite triggering.

Thar’s fine, but has been happening with a lot of songs for the past few weeks, why not make a friendly notice pop up to provide information. Or just like, don’t let people find that song in the first place??

Calm down please . He was trying to help that's all and suggested a possible solution . You'll be surprised to know how many times users are missing some atuff and all he did was pointing out a possible reason .
