profiles on deezer family not showing

I just noticed all profiles on our Deezer family account disappeared. What’s happening Deezer? Some of these profiles have being in use since 2017

Profiles don't just disappear like that. Are you sure you're logged into the correct account?

I only have one Deezer account and it’s family subscription, all profiles are not on this account as at today.
