Am I doing something wrong? I can’t create a new playlist. I click “save” and nothing happens.

 

Also if I click “edit playlist” on any playlist, the red delete sign will pop up behind each song but it doesn’t work. I can’t delete multiple songs from a playlist at once. I have to delete each one individually (and have the app ask me each time if I’m sure). Both of these issues are very annoying.

Quick Fixes to Try First

Restart everything

  • Turn your phone off and on
  • Close and reopen the Deezer app
  • Log out and back in to your Deezer account

Make sure Deezer is up to date

  • Update the Deezer app from your app store
  • Update your phone’s operating system (Android or iOS)

How are you using Deezer? Android, iOS or PC?
