Hi, I lost the access to my email because someone stole my phone and change all the information, I need to know how to change it, because I don't want to be scammed or give private information

Most everyone here is a subscriber like you, and not a deezer employee, so they don’t have access to your account.

You need to contact deezer support and open a ticket so they can help you.
