Deezer's offline mode may fail due to several reasons .

Basic Troubleshooting Steps

Check your internet connection: Ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Verify your subscription: You need a Deezer Premium, Family, Duo, or Student plan to download music.

Restart the app: Close and reopen the Deezer app.
Log out and back in: Try logging out of your Deezer account and then logging back in.

Update the app and OS: Make sure you have the latest version of the Deezer app and your phone's operating system.

Clear app cache: Clearing the cache and data of the Deezer app can resolve download issues.

Reinstall the app: As a last resort, delete and then reinstall the Deezer app.

Workarounds for Persistent Issues

"Forced offline" mode: Some users have found success with a workaround within the app called "forced offline," which can help play downloaded tracks when the app normally struggles.

Re-download everything: You can try re-downloading all your music again, though this can be a temporary fix for some users.

Restart your phone: Simply restarting your phone can often resolve minor glitches that prevent offline mode from working correctly.
