My Deezer favorites are disappearing

Ok, that’s finally it. I am loosing favourites and playlist titles, constantly. And given the overall situation where Deezer, with frightening reliability, completely ignores malfunctions reported here in the forum and fails to implement any fixes, I'm going back to your competitor from Sweden. It's outrageous what you're putting your users through.

I just read through all two pages and am disappointed but not surprised by the lack of attention deezer has paid to this issue. I’ve been frustrated by this malfunction for years at this point and now, this back and forth with deezer’s customer service has sealed the deal for me: I’m out. I’m unsubscribing and switching platforms. 

​@Colleen Bolus I have not regretted switching platforms. Deezer obviously doesn't care about customer satisfaction.
