You are currently in there with 2 accounts in the family subscription. Once as a profile 'Mie' and once with an 'Account Mie'.
The lock symbol only means that 'Account Mie' has its own login data.
Since 'Account Mie' is included in the family, it was also free, otherwise it wouldn't have worked.
If you log out once and log in again with your father's credentials, you can select your 'Mie' profile normally.

You cannot be a family member if you have a paid subscription account.
If you want to pay for the subscription now, your father must cancel his active family subscription and you would then have to invite him. Of course you need a paid family subscription.
