Minimum hours for #MyDeezerYear

Hello! I recently received an email mentioning I didn’t listen enough to receive #MyDeezerYear this year (yet) so I  was wondering: what’s the minimum amount of minutes/hours needed for #MyDeezerYear?

And another question: is there any way to access the whole listening history on one account? (if not the entire history, at least from this year and the last couple ones).

Thanks.

Until last year, you had to stream at least 200 tracks for more than 30 seconds each between January 1st and November 21st. I think it is very similar this year too.

Unfortunately, your Listening history is just the last 100 songs you've played with Deezer. BUT you can still have your entire listening history in an Excel file by submitting a request to Deezer Support and making sure to select the options "My Deezer account" and then "Request a copy of personal data" in the dropdown menus.

Thanks for the answer! If it’s like that then I definitely listened enough (despite the message from the email) because from a point on this year I played 564 songs 😀

I tried that method, but after submitting the request I was sent the link of the tutorial on how to access the 100 last played songs even though I specifically asked for the entire listening history 🤔

Thanks again for the answers.

@Duda Obladen Just to let you know, it seems there was an error and some users received that communication.
In order to be eligible for MDY you need to have streamed a minimum of 200 songs between January and November.
Thanks and apologies for any inconvenience

If you really need it, then you should insist, because they have evidently misinterpreted your request.
