loose downloaded favorite songs when offline for a day or 2

One Hit Wonder

It annoyed me for a bit of time now. I mainly listen to favourite tracks when commuting, but i often see myself without them because they aren't available.
What i think happened it’s when I don't go on the page for few days on my iphone, Deezer lost them and i would need to load them again on wifi, but they are still downloaded, just not available.

Hey @Alexis.Desj I am sorry to hear that.
This is a well known issue and our developers have found the root of the problem and a fix for it which will be available in the next version of the Deezer app.
Could you please let me know which version do you have currently?

Hi,

after the update it was fine until today. Same issue.

i tried to close the app and reopen it to see if it fix once I finished the transition from my wifi to my lte(offline).

Wasn't better.
