Issue with "Shuffle my music" button

Hi. I've got a weird issue with the "Shuffle my music" button lately.

Usually, when I hit it, it shuffles all my music—my Favorites and all my tracks from my playlists.

But since recently, it's only shuffling my Favorites and totally ignoring all the songs in my playlists. Super annoying!

Even weirder, sometimes it gives me a pop-up saying I don't have any tracks or playlists, which is definitely not true.

This problem comes and goes, and I'm very tired of it. Could you please do smth about it?
