Issue with Playlist

During playback, try turning off the "Automatic Recommendations" option from the Web App or App Desk.

Hey it didn’t work. Turned it off on the app when I downloaded to my laptop but it still plays other random songs on my phone.

It is rather strange that Deezer Free used to play your playlist, even though it showed that the tracks being played were “inspired by…”. And now, it seems Deezer Free is simply choosing songs at random.

Isn’t it possible that the “bug” you experienced earlier has now been fixed, and that this behaviour is actually what Deezer Free is meant to do?

What happens if you create a brand‑new playlist with a few tracks and try to play that?

And does this happen on all your devices? Your tag is iOS and you did mention laptop.

I was using the laptop to try and sort things out, I used it on iOS. On laptop it only plays 30 second clips

So I made a new playlist and it did not play one of the 3 songs on it. It always had the shuffle/mix icon instead of a play button if that matters

Omg, this is happening to me as well and it's pissing me off. I'm Android tho, but still, it's just playing random songs and I rarely get any from my playlist. I can't afford a subscription even with a discount. It's making me avoid this app entirely. 

What I found in my case is that the first 2 songs 

So what I found is that the first 2 songs aren’t, then it plays one song from the playlist, then another song not on the playlist, and it’s a pattern. So as long as I don’t mess up and close the app I can pretty much just skip all the songs not on the playlist no issue
