Hello, I want to share my profile with my family members, but I can't because of my profile is private. I change this thing in settings but it is still private. What should I do to fix it?

Open the Deezer app or website and go into your account settings. Under "Privacy Settings," make sure the "Private Profile" option is turned off. After that, log out and log back in to see if the change has been applied. You can also ask a family member to search for your profile to check if it’s now public. If this doesn’t work I think its bug then

Hi @Polina Prozapas !

Maybe if you turning your phone off and on again will help .
If this not help, then logging out and logging back in to your account .

If you're trying to share your profile but it's still private despite changing the settings, double-check that your privacy settings have been saved properly. Also, try logging out and back in or clearing your app cache. If the issue persists, it could be a platform bug—contact customer support for assistance.

For those in canterbury, if you're facing similar issues with local business profiles or taxi booking apps, ensure your settings allow public visibility for a smooth experience!

Open the Deezer app or website on Esme Wigs and go into your account settings. Under "Privacy Settings," make sure the "Private Profile" option is turned off. Make sure you have saved the changes after switching your profile to public in the settings. If it’s still private, try clearing your browser cache or use a different browser. Also, check if there are separate privacy controls for different parts of your profile and set them to public. Logging out and viewing your profile as a guest can help confirm if it’s visible. If none of this works, contact the platform’s support team for further help.
