I can't download songs anymore

Hi, 

it’s been a while that I can Download anymore songs.  When I download, the songs don’t stay like before. 
please can you fix it ?

Hey @Frankie Asahd can you please try the following steps:

  1. Quit and relaunch the app
  2. Try another mobile (4G or Wifi)
  3. Empty Smart Cache
  4. Restart the phone
  5. Clear the app data
  6. Delete the app and reinstall it
     

Keep in mind that you’ll need to download your favourites again from your library after.
