How to transfer profile from one Deezer family account to another?

Hi @zrybla !

First check is your girlfriend have Family Profile or she have Independent account.
If she have Family Profile then need convert  into an Independent account because then she can keep all favorite content and playlists.

Then Admin of Family plan of your girlfriend need remove her Independent account  from sisters Family subscription and her account will revert back to Deezer Free .

You also must have a Deezer Free account in order to join a Family. This means that if you are a Deezer Premium subscriber, you must unsubscribe from it and wait for your current period to end before joining your NEW Family plan .

If you will be Admin then you must be logged in to the admin account to add your girlfriend Independent account to your Family .
Ensure that the Admin account and the account that you want to join with are in the same country.
