how to listen music offline | Deezer Community, bringing music lovers together

I have a playlist downloader on my Deezer account, but when I try the offline mode, doesn't works, I can't listen music.

you haven’t listed any troubleshooting steps you’ve taken, maybe have have a look at the help page and see if you’re able to find a solution.

Thanks for the suggestion, from Deezer support they have explained me that for the option offline it is necessary the Premium account.
