Flow Genre Question

Hello,

I recently created a fresh account under a family plan, added a few of my currently favourite bands and went to exploring Flow which suggested a variety of genres from Heavy Metal to Jazz Fusion to Progressive Rock which was very exciting.

However, the issue came when I imported all my tracks from another service which contained a wider variety of genres. Naturally, I would expect those genres to get included into the Flow, but now my Flow is ONLY suggesting 70s rock/classic rock (and adjacent) like AC/DC, Thin Lizzy, Aerosmith, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin (as well as Greta Van Fleet). I am not exaggerating when I say these are my only recommendations and has replaced the experience I had when I first created the account a few days ago.

Now, I don't have an issue with being recommended these genres in general, however this has completely supplanted my exploration of other less popular genres. I checked manage my recommendations page and there are only 4 songs from the 70s and they are not classic rock at all. I don't want to restrict the genres at all because I want to explore different sounds. Is there a better way to integrate a variety of genres into Flow so you aren't stuck with one type of sound? Even when switching moods, I'm still stuck with bands like The Eagles, Rolling Stones, Neil Young, and Fleetwood Mac.

Any assistance is appreciated, thank you

Hi.

Flow's AI. needs to learn your tastes; it uses not only your playlists and favorites as a reference, but also which songs you listen to all the way through and which you skip. Learning takes time, depending on how many hours a day you listen to music.

You also can to view all existing ones by typing "FLOW" in the search option and clicking on the Flow tab, or in this link deezer://www.deezer.com/search/flow/flow_config

Greetings and may the music keep flowing
