FIX IT! Or another client will leave ur lousy service!

Been paying for several years each and every month for your service only to find out that all my favorite "saved" songs disappeared....! This really pisses me off! If you don't fix this I will make sure people will find out about this crappy service yours! RESPOND NOW!!!!

First: Do you think anyone will repond after reading your message with the language you are using??!

Second: RESPOND NOW? Do you really think that the people at Deezer are working 24/7?

Third: The people here in this Deezer community are Deezer users, they aren’t working for Deezer.

Forth: You probably have logged into a new account making a spelling error with your username, email address or password, so now you see an empty account instead of your original account.

Hi @SorsTrade, sorry to hear that you are having this problem.
I check your Deezer Family account and I noticed that you have 3083 favorites. Our content limit is 2000 favorites on app Deezer but on desktop and web you can see up to 2000.
You can check in our article all the limits Content-Limits
FYI we don’t delete any music/artist from your favorites they aren’t just visible for you on that device
