Family mix not loading

Whenever it prompts to go to family mix it doesn't load. Just this screen. What is the trick to making it work

Are you using the last version of the Deezer app for Android?

Also, have you tried it by using your data mobile network and swapping to wifi if doesn’t work?

It's been attempted at home on wifi and out on mobile data - both are capable of HD video playback at the time so I wouldn't think it's the Internet connection that's the issue. Furthermore the normal functions of Deezer work so again it's clearly not a connectivity issue and the app is up to date. And fails to work on multiple devices.
