Family membership

When I am listening to my Deezer it stops playing after one or two songs and tells me that someone else is listening and I should try a Family membership. We already have a family membership and nobody else is listening at the same time. I’m not sure what to do.

Note: Deezer Family users should check that all family members are using the correct profile to listen to music. If two people are listening to music on the same profile, it will result in an error message informing you that your account is being listened to on another device

The error message you are receiving is a security procedure triggered when the system identifies suspicious activity.

I have therefore carried out some security procedures to prevent this problem from persisting.

In order to strengthen the security of your Deezer account, I recommend that you update your email password and reset your Deezer account password via the email I sent you.

To protect all your online accounts, I advise you to regularly check your systems for malicious software and scan your device for possible viruses.
