Hey guys, 

My family account subscription is over and my son account ( Mathurin ) doesn’t appear anywhere on the app so he can’t find his playlists. Could you please help me ?

Your son had a profile and used the admin's login data?

Since the family subscription is no longer active, your son can no longer access his profile. You should have converted this to a independent account before the subscription expired.

The solution now is to book a family subscription again, then your son's profile will be available again.
