error downloading

My app will not download anything even some of my already downloaded material is unable to play or repair itself what should I Do?

On which platform ?

If on mobile , have you tried to clear cache on the app ?

Settings -- Data and storage --Clear all

Note it will delete any downloaded data you already have .
