So, i have an Hisense Smart TV 32A4 series my TV has deezer installed so i tried to log in. But when i put the code  on my smartphone a screen appears on the tv that says to get deezer premium like i need premium to use it on TV.is it because i need premium to use it on the TV?

So, if I understand this post correctly it sounds like a free trial isn’t considered a full service trial and some key features are not available until I pay my first subscription fee. If I can’t test drive something how will I know if I want it? I don’t think I’ll be continuing my forced  subscription past the first ‘free’ trial week if this is the case.


Hello @dayomb so you can create an account and stay as Deezer Free user, if the free service is available in your country. That is not consider a free trial and you don’t have access to use all feature of the app or all extra service that Deezer have agreements with. Also in some devices, like TV or Automotive app it is required a Premium subscription.

But you are right, user need to have access to all feature to know if that is what they are looking for. And for that, for all new users there is always a trial of 30 days but you have access to it when you add your card details, like in many other app’s and service provided in the online world.

After you subscribe Deezer Premium or Deezer Family, you have 30 days before you are charge with the first monthly fee. You can cancel anytime from the first day until last day of the trial (we always advise to cancel 48 hours before next charge happens)

Same problem with Hisense (Hisense model: E7NQ pro). VERY annoying.
