deselect kids profile

There is a toggle in my child's profile to deselect it from being a kids profile,  i do this and click save, nothing happens. i go out and back in to their profile and it still shows kids profile as selected. How do i get the kids profile to be unselected and that to persist.

    Hi @aj.nicholas 👋

I’ve checked your account in the system and I can see that you don’t have a kid profile anymore 👍
