Hey i have deezer family account. But my wie c ant see/play my playlists... can you fix this or tell me what to do?

      I can't find your profile on Deezer if I type your name.
      So I found your playlist and found your profile.
      When I tap on your name, your profile opens and I see all your playlists.

      Have your wife try the same

      Did she open her kristel Deezer profile and then find you in search on Deezer ?

      I cant switch private profil. I cant search for Peter. 

      I go to sleep. Have to wake up at 4 am 

      But on 1 account one payment this shouldnt be so difficult i think. 

      Sorry but the :help" not SO helpfull.  It takes 6 mails for , what i think,  must be easy for deezer to check and put " in order" 

      Thx for the aid but... 

      I try again tomorrow or monday when i am free.

          Hi ​@Peter Schell,

          I took a look at my Deezer Family account. I’m able to view my wife’s playlists.

          • I do follow her on Deezer
          • She follows me on Deezer
          • In the search bar I tried to find her, which I did
          • Tap on her profile and I’m able to see all her playlists, albums and more.

          Does this not work at your end?
