Deezer stopped working for me on all devices (Web PC and Android app)

Around 2 weeks ago, my web version of Deezer stopped working at all, i can choose playlist, but when I’m picking a song, it just don’t work, at all. Then last week I’m opening Deezer on my phone and i need to log in again, but then auntification just doesn’t work and shows error. What should i do in such situation?

It’s a bit difficult for us to pinpoint what might be going on without being able to see it ourselves, so here are a few things I’d try or check:

– Have you logged in with the correct email address?
– Can you access your Deezer subscription settings and confirm that your plan is active?
– Since it’s happening on both devices, it’s probably not a cache issue, but clearing your cache never hurts.
– And perhaps reinstall Deezer?

If none of this works, please get in touch with the Deezer Help Centre so they can double‑check your account just to be sure.

Short-term connection errors occasionally cause the same problem for me. Is your internet connection working stably?
