Deezer Hi-Fi not an option


Im a Deezer Premium subscriber from some time now and Im not able to see the Hi-Fi option anywhere in the app. How can I Fix this?

Hi @Nicolas Simmonds Samper you’ll need to wait until your next billing cycle (which is in a few day) and you should be able to see the HiFi  quality in your audio settings.

Do you live in a country where the Premium tier includes HiFi now, and have you already paid the higher price?


Bellow are the deezer options offered in my Country (Colombia) And as you can see in the first screenshot I posted, my account subscriptions is Deezer Premium

I think the new Premium tier with HiFi included is only available for $10,99 and/or the regional equivalent in your country now, not for the old lower Premium price.
