Deezer for Artists - Pending Artist Channel Claim

Hi guys,

I’ve applied to claim my artist profile twice, the first time it was denied and the 2nd time around the application has been pending for 2 months with no updates.

Is it possible to get help regarding claiming my Deezer for Creators account?
