Deezer family

Why has my subscription changed from Deezer Family to Deezer premium? My wife and kids have to make an own account in order to be able to listen to their music. And I, as admin, can not change to their profiles.

    As soon as a family profile has been converted into an account with its own credentials, the admin can no longer switch.
    We cannot answer here why your Family subscription has been changed to Premium.
