I manage an artist named Melodie and her page is not popping up for me nor her. when we search her through a non creator account on deezer, another artist with the same name and many other artist music pops up. this is her music

when we go to claim her this profile doesn’t pop up either for me to put in her upc and claim that profile. 

hkw can we find and claim her profile.
