artists notification not working

the app keeps giving me this message even though I have repeatedly selected my favorite artists

Hi @Samuz, Sorry to hear that you are having this issue. 
Checking your profile I can see that you have already 13 favorite artist, so that message shouldn’t not appear.

Did you already tried to uninstall the app and install back again? If that doesn’t make the trick, please reach our customer support using this link .
