All my favourite albums disappeared

I hope it’s a temporary issue on Deezer’s end but all of a sudden I’ve opened my Deezer on desktop browser and I don’t have any of my about 350 favourite albums anymore in my library. It says: “No favourite albums yet”.

Still all there inside the iPhone app for the moment.

What’s going on?

Favorites don't just disappear like that. The information and data are linked to the account.
Are you sure you are logged in with the same account on both the smartphone and the computer?

Yes I am. And as I was suspecting, now that the app has been closed and reopened on my iPhone I have 0 albums there as well.

Today all my favourites magically reappeared.

Just for the records:

all my favourites album reappeared in my Deezer account BUT, oddly enough, they don’t have the “heart” icon ticked, as if I didn’t save them at all. I’m gonna have to re-click on about 350 hearts now.
