So I was listening yesterday to The Guardian’s Football Weekly while in Germany with a current premium account (free trial, not yet paying though) and lo and behold if I was surprised to listen to a couple of german ads inside the pod.

I always listened to that pod on Spotify Free and on mobile and never for the life of me heard an ad. It’s absolutely outrageous because the ads weren’t edited into the pod in the first place, they cut the guy talking suddendly, very bad.

If this is the case, I’m switching back to Spotify once the trial is over, thank you very much but I even chose Deezer HiFi because Spotify doesn’t yet have that possibility but they’re going to have it still this year so, yeah, bye bye, folks. LOL
